Highway4 Summer Menu

Highway4 Restaurants, Hanoi, have introduced a new Summer Menu entitled "Nguoi Dep - Ca Sau". Boasting more than 20 new dishes including Highway4-style Cured Buffalo, Goose Breast simmered with Red Apples, Rice Noodle Pancakes filled with Beef, Crispy-battered Tiger Prawns, Ostrich Steak, Satay-grilled Fresh Squid and Roasted Pigeon to name but a few.

Beyond those there are always a few more adventurous flavours to try as well as all the old Highway4 classics.
