Chef and author Daniel Hoyer has been traveling in Vietnam and he has fallen in love with the country, the people and especially the food.
We travelled together throughout Vietnam taking photographs for his newest cookbook, Culinary Vietnam. From North to South, the images start at Bac Ha market near the Chinese border, then move down through Sapa, Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) and finally Can Tho in The Mekong Delta. The book is due for release late 2008.
